摘  要:高速动车组被机车牵引或者被救援时,由于受电弓被禁止升起,主断路器断开,接触网无法为高速动车组的辅助系统供电,为保证空调、照明系统等正常使用,通过无火回送自发电功能保证动车组负载工作。通过分析无火回送自发电制动系统、网络系统、牵引系统、辅助系统的工作模式,研究无火回送自发电的原理,指出TCMS是高速动车组无火回送自发电控制的核心系统,负责整个发电指令的触发和状态的监控,并对自发电过程中的防滑、电机温度和电能进行管理优化。When a high-speed EMU is towed or rescued by a locomotive,as the pantograph is forbidden to lift,the main circuit breaker is disconnected,the overhead contact system fails to supply power to the auxiliary system of the high-speed EMU,to guarantee the regular service of the air conditioner and the lighting system,etc.,fire-free return self-generation is provided to guarantee the loaded operation of the EMU. By analyzing the operation modes of the fire-free return self-generating brake system,the network system,the traction system and the auxiliary system,the Article studies the principle of fire-free return self-generation,points out that TCMS is the core system in view of the fire-free return self-generation control of high-speed EMUs,which monitors the overall triggering and status of generation command,and conduct optimized management of skid prevention,motor temperature and electrical energy during the self-generating process.
