飞轮电池储能异步电机参数辨识方法研究

摘  要:以应用于飞轮电池储能系统中的异步电机为研究对象,基于不对称T型等效电路,给出静止状态下电机参数的辨识方法。分析伏安法辨识定子电阻产生误差的原因,指出降低PWM开关频率有助于辨识误差的减小。通过注入混合激励信号,确保电机响应电流的极性唯一,无需根据功率器件参数对死区效应进行补偿,可有效避免其对辨识结果的影响,使算法具备较高的辨识精度以及鲁棒性,同时还可兼顾电机磁链对电感参数辨识的影响。搭建一套低转速的飞轮电池储能系统实验平台,运用该方法对平台中的异步电机以及一台独立的15 k W异步电机进行参数辨识实验,实验结果验证了所提方法的有效性。Taking asynchronous motor applied to the flywheel battery energy storage system as research object,the identification method of motor parameter at stationary state is obtained based on the asymmetrical T type equivalent circuit.The causes of the error of the stator resistance identified by voltammetry are analyzed to point out that reducing the PWM switching frequency contributes to the reduction of the identification error.Making sure the response current polarity of the motor is sole through injecting the mixed excitation signal,there is no need to compensate for the dead zone effect according to the power device parameters,which can effectively avoid the influence on the identification result and make the algorithm has high recognition accuracy and robustness,and can also take into account the influence of the motor flux linkage on the parameter identification of the inductor.A low speed experimental platform for flywheel battery energy storage system is set up,above method is used to perform parameter identification experiments for asynchronous motor in the platform and a stand-alone 15 k W asynchronous motor,the experimental results verify effectiveness of proposed method.
