摘　　要：目的:观察与探究围术期输血对胃癌根治术患者预后及免疫系统的影响。方法:将行胃癌根治术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,按照是否接受输血分为两组,各30例,对照组患者围术期接受输血,观察组患者围术期未接受输血,对比并分析两组患者的术后2年存活率和术后3个月的CD_4^+/CD_8^+值。结果:观察组术后2年存活率(86.67%)与对照组(56.67%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后3个月的CD_4^+/CD_8^+值与对照组的CD_4^+/CD_8^+值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围术期输血对胃癌根治术患者的预后及免疫系统具有一定的不良影响。Objective To observe and explore the effect of perioperative blood transfusion on the prognosis and immune of patients with gastric cancer. Method Sixty patients with gastric cancer undergoing radical gastrectomy were selected as subjects,they were divided into two groups according to whether received blood transfusion,30 patients in each group,the control group received blood transfusion during perioperative period,the observation group received no transfusion during perioperative period,and The postoperative 2 year survival rate and CD value of 3 groups were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results the2-year survival rate（ 86. 67%） of the observation group was compared with that of the control group（ 56. 67%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. the CD4~＋/CD8~＋ value of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group 3 months after the operation（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Perioperative blood transfusion has a certain adverse effect on the prognosis and immunity of patients with gastric cancer.
