脑蛋白水解物口服液治疗脑卒中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察脑蛋白水解物口服液对脑卒中(即脑血管病)的治疗效果。方法:选择脑出血和脑梗死患者各50例,按住院顺序随机及病种每例相隔抽取法分为试验组(给予脑蛋白水解物口服液)和对照组(给予脑血康胶囊),各50例(每组脑出血与脑梗死患者各25例)。试验组给予脑蛋白水解物口服液10 mg,3次/d口服。对照组给予脑血康胶囊1粒,1次/d口服。两组均用药8周。观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后试验组与对照组相比脑卒中的病程缩短,死亡率下降,后遗症减轻,复发率下降。试验组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑蛋白水解物口服液含有脑神经修复的必需物质,是治疗脑卒中的安全、有效药物。Objective To observe the effects of cerebrolysin vial oral liquid cure cerebralapoplexy. Method We select in-patient. Cerebral hemorrhage 50 case,Cerebral infarction 50 case. They were divided into 2 group. every group had 25 case of Cerebral hemorrhage and 25 case Cerebral infarction. According to time sequence when in-patient into hospitol and type of disease intervals extractive. First group was treated with Cerebrolysin Vial oral liquid 10 ml,po,tid. Second group was treated with Naoxiekang capsules,1 granule,po,qd. Both of group give medicine for 8 weeks. And patient＇s age,sex,and time sicken is similarity. Observed changes before and after that patiens take drugs. Recorded condition of disease improving. Results The group of cerebrolysin vial oral liquid can shorten time for course of diseases,Decrease in mortality,Sequelae reduction,Reduced relapse rate. The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Cerebrolysin vial oral liquid contain essential substances of Cranial nerve repair. And it is a safe and effective drug that cured cerebral apoplexy.
