摘　　要：目的探讨抗癫痫药物对妊娠期癫痫患者妊娠结局的影响,以指导妊娠期癫痫患者抗癫痫药物的选择。方法回顾分析2015-01—2017-12我院住院的妊娠期癫痫的患者40例,分析并比较妊娠期癫痫患者服药情况、癫痫发作情况、生产方式、妊娠结局及子代喂养方式。结果服药的妊娠期癫痫患者较未服药的妊娠结局好,且均选新型抗癫痫药物如奥卡西平、拉莫三嗪、左乙拉西坦等。结论抗癫痫药物使妊娠期癫痫患者弃胎率增加,妊娠并发症发病率增加,但对胎儿结局影响不大。Objective To explore the effect of antiepileptic drugs on pregnancy outcome inpatients with gestational epilepsy and to guide the selection of antiepileptic drugs in patients with gestational epilepsy. Methods Retrospective analysis of 40 patients with gestational epilepsy who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017, and analyzed and compared the medication status,seizure status, production mode, pregnancy outcome and offspring feeding mode of patients with epilepsy during pregnancy. Results Pregnancy epilepsy patients who took the drug were better than those who did not take the drug,and they all chose new antiepileptic drugs such as oxcarbazepine, lamotrigine, and levetiracetam. Conclusion Antiepileptic drugs in crease the rate of abortion in patients with epilepsy during pregnancy, and the incidence of pregnancy complications increases, but has little effect on fetal outcomes.
