非省会城市高校现代化发展路径探索——以咸阳师范学院为例

摘　　要：以陕西省非省会城市高校——咸阳师范学院为例,依据高等教育现代化评估指标体系,通过近几年数据分析,探讨非省会高校在现代化进程中存在的普遍性问题。结合地方高校的特点,对其现代化发展路径进行研究,以期加快高等教育现代化进程,并为非省会同类高校提供借鉴。The development of the university in non-provincial capital plays a very important role in the whole higher education modernization of our country. In order to provide basis for understanding and promoting higher education modernization in non-provincial capital, this paper evaluated the related higher education modernization index with Xianyang Normal University, one of the non-provincial capital city in Shaanxi Province, taken as an example. On the basis of studies and analysis, the paper provides countermeasures to raise the level of higher education modernization in non-provincial capital and offered references for universities in non-provincial capital.
