摘　　要：中国是一个讲究历史使命与文化继承的国度,本文物归乡项目经过审慎评估,最终决定启动"文物缓存机制",在确定购入古文物的缓存期间,非营利型公益组织的人事成本费、通讯联系费、专家鉴定费、暂存保管费、邮资与交通费等等,这也是在公益筹款与集资募捐为主的社团法人架构底下,机构自我造血、永续发展与慈善公益性是组织的核心价值所在,本论文针对具有归乡价值的古文物在风云多变的交易市场之下,在何种情况底下必须启动"文物缓存机制"才能与境内外有组织的文物收购集团进行对抗。China is a country that pays attention to the historical mission and cultural inheritance. After careful evaluation of this project,it eventually decided to start the ＂cascade cache mechanism＂and determined the cost of the non-profit public welfare organization during the period when the cache of ancient artifacts was purchased including communication cost,expert identification fees,temporary storage charges,postage and transportation fees,etc.,which are also under the corporate structure of corporate bodies mainly fundraising for public welfare fundraising and fundraising. Institutional self-hematopoiesis,sustainable development and charity public welfare organizations what is the core value of this article？ In this paper,under the circumstances,the historic relics with the value of returning to home must be launched under the conditions of the ever-changing trading market,so as to combat the organized cultural relics acquisition groups at home and abroad.
