经皮神经电刺激联合尼美舒利胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究偏头痛患者采取经皮神经电刺激联合尼美舒利胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法选取2014年2月至2016年12月我院偏头痛患者180例,以随机数字表法分为观察组(经皮神经电刺激+尼美舒利胶囊)和对照组(尼美舒利胶囊),各90例。对比两组疗效、治疗前、后疼痛程度(VAS评分)、生活质量(SF-36评分)、睡眠质量(PSQI评分)及复发情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗30 d后,两组的VAS、PSQI评分均降低,SF-36评分均升高,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);随访3个月,观察组的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论偏头痛患者采取经皮神经电刺激联合尼美舒利胶囊治疗的临床效果显著,能显著减轻患者头痛程度,改善其生活质量,且能防止病情反复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation combined withnimesulide capsules in the treatment of migraine patients. Methods A total of 180 patients with migraine in our hospitalfrom February 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （transcutaneous electricnerve stimulation combined with nimesulide capsules） and control group （nimesulide capsules）, with 90 cases in each group.The curative effects, degree of pain （VAS scores）, quality of life （SF-36 scores）, sleep quality （PSQI scores） before and aftertreatment and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observationgroup was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. After 30 d of treatment, the VAS and PSQI scores of both groupsdecreased, and the SF-36 scores increased, and those in the observation group were superior to the control group （P〈0.05）.Following up for 3 months, the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation combined with nimesulide capsules in the treatment of migrainepatients has obvious clinical effect. It can significantly relieve patients＇ headache, improve the quality of life and prevent therecurrence of the disease.
