摘　　要：目的深入了解接触化疗药物护士防护知识、态度、行为状况,为进一步制订策略、提高临床护士化疗职业防护行为提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对25名接触化疗药物的护士和5名使用化疗药物的病区护士长进行深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对质性资料进行整理与分析,提炼主题。结果提炼出有关护士化疗职业防护知信行四个方面、6个主题。四个方面包括:防护知识现状、防护态度现状、防护行为现状、管理和培训;6个主题分别为:护士化疗防护知识缺乏,尤其年青护士;护士防护意识薄弱;不同工作时间护士防护行为有差异;护士只在配药时注重化疗防护;职业防护管理需加强;相关知识培训后,护士防护意识增强。结论护理管理者应加强职业防护管理,加强护士化疗知识培训,关注非正常上班时间、关注接触化疗药物各环节的每位护士、合理配置科室床护比,提高护士化疗职业防护水平。Objective To explore the chemotherapy protection knowledge, attitude and behavior in clinical nurses whoexposed to chemotherapy drugs, and provide the basis to further develop strategy and improve the chemotherapyoccupational protection behavior in clinical nurses. Methods Twenty five nurses who exposed to chemotherapy drugs andfive ward head nurses who used chemotherapy drugs were interviewed by applying phenomenological research method ofthe qualitative research. Qualitative data was analyzed by Colaizzi 7 step analysis method to sort, analyze and refine thetheme. Results Seven themes were extracted involving 4 aspects,4 aspects were protective knowledge situation, protectiveattitude, protective behavior status, management and training. Six themes were lack of chemotherapy protection knowledgein nurses, especially in junior nurses; weak protective consciousness in nurses; differences assists in nurses＇ protectivebehavior in different work time; nurses only pay attention to chemotherapy protection in dispensing drugs; the managementof occupational protection need to strengthen; protective consciousness of nurses enhanced after relevant knowledge training.Conclusion Nursing managers should strengthen the management of occupational protection and chemotherapy knowledgetraining, pay close attention to abnormal work time and every nurse exposed to chemotherapy drugs, give rational allocationof bed protection ratio in department, and improve the occupational protection level of nurses in chemotherapy.
