摘　　要：目的探讨抑抗汤对子宫内膜容受性作用的影响。方法在实验室按需选取74只成年母鼠,将所选母鼠平均随机分为A组和B组,A组与B组大鼠分别应用抑抗汤与0.9%氯化钠注射液进行灌胃,对其心脏采血制得所需血清。另取74只大鼠分为对照组和研究组,并取得其子宫内膜细胞。上述A、B组血清分别对研究组与对照组大鼠取得的子宫内膜细胞进行培养,并对培养后子宫内膜细胞的黏附能力、白血病抑制因子(LIF)与整合素avβ3蛋白的表达水平进行检测比较。结果研究组培养液细胞中LIF、细胞黏附能力与avβ3蛋白的表达均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论抑抗汤可能对于对细胞的黏附功能有所增强,从而增加女性体内LIF水平与avβ3蛋白的表达,从而改善子宫内膜容受性。Objective To explore the effect of Yikang decoction on endometrial receptivity. Methods Seventy-four adult female rats were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B. The rats in group A and group B were intragastrically administered with Yikang decoction and normal saline. Blood was collected from the heart to obtain the desired serum. And then, another 74 rats were used to obtain endometrial cells. The above serum were used to culture the endometrial cells obtained from the study group and the control group, and the adhesion ability of the endometrial cells and the expression levels of leukemia inhibitory factor（LIF） and avβ3 protein were compared. Results The expression of LIF, cell adhesion and avβ3 protein of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group（ all 0.05）. Conclusions Yikang decoction may enhance the adhesion function of the cells, so as to increase the expression of LIF level and avβ3 protein in patients, which can improve the endometrial receptivity of women.
