摘 要:胃癌的生物学特征通常具有高度的时间和空间异质性,且其转移途径极其复杂。因此,针对胃癌临床疗效进行精准评价及监测显得尤为必要。然而,过去几年间,相对于其他瘤种,针对胃癌疗效的精准评价方法仍然非常有限,且其空腔脏器的生物学特征也使得传统影像学评效技术面临挑战。本文将从医学影像学技术发展、组织水平以及血液水平的药物疗效精准评价等层面,评述新的前沿临床药物疗效精准评价体系,并藉由其他瘤种扩展至胃癌,综述新技术体系的应用范畴和前景。Gastric cancer (GC) always exhibits highly temporal and spatial heterogeneity, with multiple metastatic pathways. Therefore, it is particularly necessary in GC to precisely evaluate and monitor therapeutic efficiency following clinical treatments. Nevertheless, traditional anatomical imaging techniques have been regarded as being of limited value in GC due to the hollow organ. On the other hand, advanced strategies developed for efficacy evaluation in GC is also limited in comparison with other human malignancies. In this paper, advanced technologies developed mainly in medical imaging, histological level and liquid biopsy and their application in precisely efficacy evaluation in GC and other tumors were systematically reviewed.
