摘　　要：虽然研究已证实早期康复运动有降低重症监护室(ICU)患者获得性衰弱的发生率、缩短机械通气时间和住院时间等作用,但是医务人员常因诸多原因不敢或不愿实施早期康复运动。床上康复运动是ICU患者实现早期康复运动的开始,也是医务人员倾向于选择的方式。本文综述了ICU患者床上康复运动的概念、风险、方式、干预时机和开展早期床上康复运动存在的障碍及对策,并对目前研究的不足之处提出展望。Early rehabilitation has been confirmed to be effective in prevention and treatment of Intensive Care Unit（ICU） acquired weakness, shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay. However, early rehabilitation,particularly the out-bed rehabilitation, is still not generally accepted by ICU medical staff for various reasons. In-bed rehabilitation is the beginning of the early rehabilitation for ICU patients, which is also the way that ICU medical staff tend to choose. This review summarizes the concept, potential risks, methods and the onset time of the early in-bed rehabilitation, as well as the possible obstacles and countermeasures in the performing procedure. Furthermore, the disadvantages of available research in this field are also presented.
