左旋多巴结合恩他卡朋用于治疗帕金森病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨左旋多巴结合恩他卡朋治疗帕金森病的应用效果。方法:选用2015年9月~2017年9月期间我院救治的60例帕金森病患者为研究对象,均分为两组,对照组为左旋多巴,观察组为左旋多巴结合恩他卡朋,对比两组治疗情况。结果:治疗后,两组的Hoehn and Yahr、UPDRS、NMSS评分低于治疗前,ADL评分高于治疗前,观察组的Hoehn and Yahr、UPDRS、NMSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,观察组的总有效率高于对照组。结论:左旋多巴结合恩他卡朋治疗帕金森病的应用效果显著,症状和生活质量得到改善,提高了治疗效果,值得应用。Objective： to explore the efl＇ect of levodopa combination on the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease. Methods： to choose between September 2015 and September 2015, our hospital during the period of treatment of 60 cases of Parkinson＇s patients as the research object, were divided into two groups, control group for levodopa, observation group of levodopa in combination with well he carpenters, compared two groups of treatment. Results： after treatment, two groups of Hoehn and Yabr, UPDRS, NMSS score lower than before the treatment, ADL scores higher than before the treatment, observation group the Hoehn and Yahr, UPDRS, NMSS score lower than the control group, ADL scores higher than that of control group, observation group total effective rate is higher than the control group. Conclusion： levodopa combination with nhe carban is effective in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease, improving tile symptoms and quality of life, improving the therapeutic effect and worth the application.
