摘  要:目的研究2016年陕西省市售食品包装纸8种金属元素(铅、砷、锑、铬、钡、镍、镉、汞)的含量水平,对市售纸质食品包装材料进行污染调查。方法从大型农贸市场、超市等地购买114份样品,用电感耦等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)进行检测分析。结果市售纸质包装材料铬、钡、镍、铅、镉、砷、锑和汞的检出率分别为100.0%、97.4%、95.6%、84.2%、80.7%、59.6%、19.3%和5.3%,其中铅和砷的超标率分别为13.2%和2.6%。纸盘、垫纸、纸杯和纸碗铅的超标率分别为17.6%、13.3%、5.6%和19.6%,纸盘、垫纸、纸杯砷的超标率分别为5.9%、6.7%和2.8%。结论陕西省市售纸质包装材料已存在重金属污染,尤其是铅和砷的污染。建议相关部门予以重视,保障食品包装材料的安全卫生。Objective To study the content levels of eight metallic elements(lead,arsenic,antimony,chromium,antimony,nickel,cadmium,mercury) in food packaging papers sold in Shaanxi Province in 2016,and to investigate the contamination of commercially available paper food packaging materials. Methods A total of 114 samples were purchased from large farmers' markets,supermarkets,etc,and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Results The detection rates of chromium,niobium,nickel,lead,cadmium,arsenic,antimony,and mercury in commercially available paper packaging materials were 100. 0%,97. 4%,95. 6%,84. 2%,80. 7%,59. 6%,19. 3%,and 5. 3%,respectively. Among them,lead and arsenic exceeded the rate of 13. 2% and 2. 6% respectively. The exceeding rates of lead in paper trays,liners,cups,and bowls were respectively 17. 6%,13. 3%,5. 6%,and 19. 6%. The overachicker rates for paper trays,liners,and paper cups were 5. 9%,6. 7%,and 2. 8%,respectively. Conclusion The contamination of heavy metal in food-contact paper dose exist in Shaanxi Province,especially the contamination of Pb and As. Therefore,it is necesarry to be given more attention,and supervision of the food-contact paper should be strengthened.
