摘 要:长期实验表明紫外光和蓝光对于人体以及材料都具有潜在的危害和影响。制备了一种聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)-ZnO/CdS复合膜。对ZnO量子点用CdS进行包覆,然后将ZnO/CdS纳米粒子通过溶液共混的方法与PVB进行复合获得复合膜。所获得的PVB-ZnO/CdS复合膜对紫外光和蓝光均具有良好的屏蔽效果,且具有一定的可调控性。最后对复合膜的紫外光老化性能进行了研究,发现ZnO/CdS纳米粒子的引入并不会恶化PVB基体树脂的光老化性能。It was known that ultraviolet( UV) radiation and blue light might affect the human health and the long-term stability of polymer materials. In this study,zinc oxide quantum dots( ZnO QDs) were encapsulated by cadmium sulphide( CdS), then the ZnO/CdS nanoparticles were blended with polyvinylbutyral( PVB) by solution method to prepare PVB-ZnO/CdS hybrid film. The obtained PVB-ZnO/CdS hybrid film has good shielding effect on both ultraviolet and blue light,and the shielding region could be adjusted. In the end,the UV-aging properties of the hybrid film were investigated. And the results show that the ZnO/CdS nanoparticles could not deteriorate the photo-aging properties of PVB matrix.
