肠胃康冲剂联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察肠胃康冲剂联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）的疗效。方法：选取2012年1月—2016年12月期间我院收治的92例CAG患者作为研究对象,所有患者被随机分为两组,其中观察组46例（肠胃康冲剂联合奥美拉唑）,对照组46例（奥美拉唑）,比较两组患者的治疗有效率及幽门螺杆菌（Hp）转阴率。结果：观察组治疗有效率100.00%（46/46）,对照组84.78%（39/46）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组Hp转阴率78.26%（36/46）,对照组52.17%（24/46）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：肠胃康冲剂联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效较为可靠。Objective：To observe the effect of Changweikang granule combined with omeprazole in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods：From January 2012 to October 2016,92 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly：46 patients in study group（ Changweikang granule combined with omeprazole） and 46 patients in control group（ omeprazole）,the effect rate and negative rate of Hp were compared between two grops. Results：The effect rate in study group was 100. 00%（46/46）,that in control group was 84. 78%（39/46）,the difference demonstrated statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Hp negative rate in study group was 78. 26%（36/46）,that in control group was 52. 17%（24/46）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Changweikang granule combined with omeprazole in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is reliable.
