摘  要:针对多通道操纵负荷系统在飞行模拟机系统中的重要性和国内研究相对薄弱的问题,提出一种飞行仿真中的多通道操纵负荷系统设计方法。首先分析操纵负荷系统的基本原理和电动操纵负荷单元的优点;结合所模拟机型的实际情况,研究操纵负荷系统的12个通道的安装方法和总体结构;在分析每个通道控制参数特点的基础上,给出一种控制逻辑建模方法和软件应用实例。目前该多通道操纵负荷系统设计方法已成功应用在国内自主研制的某型飞机全动飞行模拟机系统中。The multichannel control loading system is very important in the flight simulator system,but domestic research is relatively weak.This paper proposes a design method for multichannel control loading system in flight simulation.First,the basic principle of the control loading system and the advantages of the electric control loading unit were analyzed.Furthermore,according to the actual situation of the simulated aircraft,the installation method and overall structure of the 12 channels of the control loading system were studied.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of control parameters,a control logic modeling method and a software application example were presented.At present,this design method is successfully applied to some full flight simulator system,which is independently developed.
