不同血液成分制备过程中悬浮红细胞制品容量的比较

摘　　要：目的对本中心制备不同血液成分过程中所得到的悬浮红细胞制品的容量进行比较与分析,为确定悬浮红细胞的标示量范围提供可靠的数据支持。方法按制备方式的不同分别随机抽取本中心于2017年12月制备的2U悬浮红细胞,分为三联组、冷沉淀组、白膜组和血小板组,共4组（100袋/组）。检测所有悬浮红细胞制品的容量,将结果进行统计分析。结果三联组、冷沉淀组、白膜组和血小板组的悬浮红细胞容量的均值±标准差分别为（311.9±17.4）m L、（312.2±14.0）m L、（275.7±15.1）m L和（275.3±13.7）m L;组间两两比较,悬浮红细胞容量无统计学差异的有：三联组和冷沉淀组、白膜组和血小板组（P〉0.05）,其余均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论建议根据不同的制备方式,分别确定悬浮红细胞的标示量范围。Objective To compare and analyze the concentration of RBC suspension with different separating methods and to provide valuable data support for determining the range of labeled concentration for RBC suspension products.Methods 2 U RBC suspension separated in our center in December 2017 was selected randomly according to different separating methods.Samples were divided into the Tri-connected blood bags group,the Cryprecipitate group,the buffer coated group and the Platelet group.100 bags per group.Then to calculate the concentration of all RBC suspension and statistical analysis was conducted. Results The mean value ± standard deviation of the RBCsuspension concentration in the Tri-connected blood bags group,the Cryprecipitate group,the Buffer coated group and the Platelet group are as follows 311. 9±17. 4 m L 312. 2±14. 0 m L 275. 7 ± 15. 1 m L and 275. 3 ± 13. 7 m L with no statistical difference between the Tri-connected blood bags group/Cryprecipitate group and the Buffer coated group/Platelets group P 0. 05 . Other comparison groups presented statistical differences P 0. 05 . Conclusion It is recommended to determine the range of RBC suspension concentration according the separating method used.
