摘  要:风力发电的随机波动性和不确定性对频率稳定和电能质量的影响较大。储能技术的发展给电网稳定运行带来了新的机遇。文中首先介绍了风储联合系统的基本结构,然后提出风储联合系统调频控制策略并在Matlab/Simulink中搭建仿真系统,验证了储能技术协助风力机调频的可靠性,并按照控制策略的方向进行结果分析。The stochastic volatility and uncertainty of wind power generation have great influence on frequency stability and power quality.The development of energy storage technology brings new opportunities to the stable operation of power grid.In this paper,the basic structure of the wind storage combined system was introduced.Then the FM control strategy of the wind storage combined system was put forward and the simulation system was built in Matlab/Simulink.The reliability of the energy storage technology to assist the wind turbine FM was verified,and the results were analyzed according to the direction of the control strategy.
