摘　　要：自然杀伤性T细胞(NKT cells)是一类细胞表面既有NK细胞受体,又有T细胞受体的特殊T细胞亚群,是固有免疫的组成细胞,同时也是适应性免疫应答的参与者和调节者。活化后的NKT细胞既可作为效应细胞直接杀伤肿瘤细胞,也能激活多种免疫效应细胞间接发挥抗肿瘤作用。本文综述了NKT细胞的抗肿瘤作用、机制及应用等研究进展。Natural killer T cells （NKT cells） are a group of special T cells that contain both NK cell receptors and T cell receptors in surface. NKT cells parlieipate in and regulate the innate and adaptive immune response. Activated NKT cells can either directly kill tumor cells, or activate a variety of indirect immune effeetor cells to play a role in anti-tumor indirectly. In this paper, the anti-tumor effect, mech- anism and application research progress of NKT cells were reviewed.
