摘　　要：目的探讨三白草酮对前列腺癌PC3细胞凋亡的影响及其机制。方法从三白草中提取三白草酮,以不同剂量作用于PC3细胞,MTT法检测其对PC3细胞的抑制作用;流式细胞术检测其对PC3细胞周期的影响;Western blot检测其对ERK、p-ERK及细胞周期调节蛋白Cyclin D1表达的影响;细胞划痕实验检测其对PC3细胞迁移能力的影响。结果三白草酮可抑制PC3细胞的增殖并发生G1期阻滞,抑制ERK磷酸化及Cyclin D1表达,降低PC3细胞的迁移能力。结论三白草酮可抑制前列腺癌PC3细胞的增殖,其作用机制可能是通过抑制MARK通路来实现的。Objective To investigate the effect of sauchinone on apoptosis of PC3 cells in prostate cancer and its mechanism. Methods Sauchinone was extracted from Saururus chinensis （Lour.） Baill. After the PC3 cells were treated with different concentrations of sauchinone, MTT assay was used to detect the inhibitory effect of sauehinone on PC3 cells. Flow eytometry was used to detect the effect on cell cycle of PC3. Western blot was applied to detect the expression of ERK, p-ERK and Cyelin D1. The cell scratches assay was applied to detect the effect on the migration ability of PC3 cells. Results Sauehinone earl inhibit the proliferation of PC3 cells, make the G1 phase arrest, and in- hibit ERK phosphorylation and Cyelin D1 expression. It could reduce the migration of PC3 cells. Conclusion Sanehinone has an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of PC3 cells, and the mechanism may be achieved by inhibiting MARK pathway.
