骨肿瘤患者术后应用阿托品类药物治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析骨肿瘤患者术后应用阿托品类药物治疗的效果及对患者伤口恢复情况的影响。方法选取我院收治的骶骨肿瘤患者120例,随机分为两组,对照组患者采用青霉素和氨苄青霉素6.0 g静脉注射,研究组患者使用阿托品进行治疗。比较两组患者的不良反应、伤口恢复状况、伤口感染状况、治疗效果及对治疗的满意度等。结果研究组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者伤口恢复程度显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用阿托品作为骨肿瘤患者术后伤口的治疗药物,可有效控制患者术后恢复期伤口的感染,减轻不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effects of atropine on postoperative wound infection in patients with bone tumors. Methods 120 cases of sacral tumors in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups randomly. The control group had intravenous injection of penicillin and ampieillin 6 grams. The study group was treated with atropine. Compare the adverse reactions, wound recovery, infection sta- tus, curative effects and satisfaction of patients between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The degree of wound recovery in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Patients in the study group showed higher degree of satisfaction than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The effective rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion As a medicine in treating postoperative wound of patients with bone tumors, atropine could effectively inhibit the bacterial propagation in the wound during the postoperative recovery and alleviate the adverse reactions. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
