摘　　要：介绍一种在限流断路器结构上增加快速打杆以保护触头、提高分断能力的方法。经验证,该方法可在动触头被电动斥力斥开的过程中同步触发断路器操作机构快速脱扣,从而缩短分断时间和燃弧时间,效果明显、性价比高,可广泛应用在低压断路器中。A kind of adding fast hitting rod to protect the contact and improving the circuit breaking capacity in current limiting circuit breaker was introduced.This method could quickly release the trigger in the circuit breaker operating mechanism when the movable contact was repulsion by the electric repulsion force.The breaking time and arc time were shorten.It had obvious effect and high cost performance.It can be widely used in low voltage circuit breakers.
