七叶皂苷钠对周围性面神经麻痹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨七叶皂苷钠对周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法选取郑州大学医院及洛阳市第一人民医院2016年1—12月100例周围性面神经麻痹患者,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组使用普通西药治疗,观察组在普通西药治疗的基础上使用七叶皂苷钠静脉滴注。比较两组患者的治疗效果、面神经功能评分等。结果观察组与对照组治疗前面神经功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的面神经功能评分[(14.25±4.25)分]高于对照组[(11.37±3.58)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率[96.0%(48/50)]高于对照组[78.0%(39/50)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论七叶皂苷钠联合西药治疗周围性面神经麻痹的效果良好,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of sodium aescinate on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods One hundred ca- ses of peripheral facial paralysis were selected from the Zhengzhou University- Hospital and the First People＇s Hospital of Luoyang from January- to December in 2016. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the ran- dom number table method, each with 50 eases. The control group was treated with general western medicine, while the observation group was given sodium aeseinate intravenously on the basis of general western medicine. The therapeutic effect and facial nerve function score of the two groups were compared. Results There was no difference in the neurological function score between the observation group and the control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the facial nerve function score of the patients in the observa- tion group （14. 25 _＋4.25） socres was higher than that of the control group （11.37 -＋3.58） socres, and the difference was statisti- cally significant （P 〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the observation group was 96. 0% （48/50）, which was higher than that d the control group 78.0% （39/50）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of sodium aeseinate combined with western medicine on peripheral facial paralysis is good. It is worthy d clinical application.
