摘 要:《黄帝四经》是黄老学的奠基之作。其思想主旨是"案(按)法而治"。在阐述此思想主旨时,《黄帝四经》运用了比较特出的理路逻辑,彰显了黄老学独具魅力的特征。这种特色表现在它以道为理论基础,在"推天道以明人事"的逻辑基础上借助"一""二""多""名""分""无为而治"等范畴,演绎了其"道法"的创生、执法、司法、保障及监督等一套较为完整的法度体系。虽然《黄帝四经》的法治主旨比较明确,但毕竟为时代所限,相关的理论阐释并不系统,但其在"道法"基础上演绎凝练的"隆礼重法"思想对后世治道精神和治道模式产生了奠基性影响,所以有必要对其道法思想的理论逻辑进行梳理。Four Classics of Huangdi is the foundation of huang's study.The idea is to"rule by law".In elaborating the main theme of this idea,the four classics of the yellow emperor has used the special logic of logic,which reveals the characteristic of huang's unique charm.The characteristic performance in it based on the theory of Tao,in the "heaven with Ming personnel"based on the logic of using "one","2","more","name","points"and "laissez-faire"category,deduced the creation of "Tao",law,justice,security,surveillance and a set of relatively complete system of laws.Although the yellow emperor four sutra purpose is clear,but,after all,it is limited by time,related theory explanation is not a system,but on the basis of"Tao"the interpretation of its concise and the thought of"rites"governance spirit of future generations and founding influenced the governance model.So it is necessary for the Tao to one of the theory logic of thought.
