口腔幽门螺杆菌感染与老年慢性牙周炎及消化疾病关系研究

摘　　要：目的通过对60岁以上的老年人口腔幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter Pylori,HP)检测,探讨口腔幽门螺杆菌感染与老年慢性牙周炎及消化疾病的关系。方法根据纳入及排除标准选取临床60岁以上的老年研究对象,根据是否伴有慢性牙周炎及消化疾病进行分组,采用幽门螺杆菌检定卡检测口腔HP,并计算各组数据。结果老年慢性牙周炎患者口腔HP阳性率明显高于老年牙周健康者;有消化疾病患者口腔HP阳性率高于无消化疾病者。结论老年慢性牙周炎与口腔HP感染具有正相关,消化疾病与口腔HP感染具有正相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the Helicobacter pylori（HP） infection in oral cavity and the elderly chronic periodontitis and digestive diseases through the oral HP detection in the elderly population over 60 years. Methods The subjects over 60 years were grouped according to whether the patients had chronic periodontitis and digestive diseases, and they were detected for oral HP by HP test cards, and the data of each group were analyzed and compared.Results The oral HP positive rate in the elderly patients with chronic periodontitis was significantly higher than that in the elderly periodontal healthy subjects. The oral HP positive rate in the elderly patients with digestive diseases was significantly higher than that in the elderly subjects without digestive diseases. Conclusion Elderly chronic periodontitis is positively correlated to oral HP infection, and digestive diseases were also positively correlated to oral HP infection.
