某高校中青年教师高静息心率高血压管理策略

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探讨高校中青年教师高静息心率高血压管理的优化治疗方案。方法选取147例血压控制不佳(≥140/90 mm Hg)、心率>80次/min的门诊高血压患者,采用β受体阻滞剂美托洛尔缓释片分别联合拜新同(A组)、缬沙坦(B组)、利尿剂(C组)治疗心率增快的高血压患者,比较其治疗后各组血压、心率的变化。结果治疗8周后,3组血压、心率均较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组治疗后心率比较,B组降低明显优于A、C组;收缩压比较,A组优于B、C组;舒张压B组优于A、C组;由此可见B组无论对心率、还是舒张压的控制明显优于A、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中青年高静息心率高血压β受体阻滞剂联合ARB是较理想的治疗方案。Objective To explore the optimal therapeutic schedule of hypertension management with high restingheart rate in middle age and youth teachers at universities. Methods A total of 147 outpatient patients with hypertension（BP≥140/90 mm Hg, RHR〉80 times/min） were selected from the affiliated hospital of Shandong Normal University, and they weretreated with metoprolol controlled released tablets（a β-receptor-blocking agent） along with nifedipine controlled released tab-lets（Group A）, along with valsartan, one of angiotension receptor blockers（ARB, Group B）, and along with diuretics（GroupC）, respectively. The variations in blood pressures and heart rates were observed and compared after the treatment. Results After eight weeks of the treatment, the blood pressures and heart rates of the three groups were significantly reduced in com-parison with those of before the treatment（P〈0.05）. The heart rates of Group B were significantly lower than those of Group Aand Group C after the treatment. The systolic pressure of Group A was better than that of Group B and Group C, while the dia-stolic pressure of Group B was better than that of Group A and Group C. Thus, the heart rate and diastolic pressure of Group Bwere obviously superior to those of Group A and Group C with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion β-receptor-blocking agent along with ARB is a good therapeutic schedule in the treatment of high resting heart rate hypertensionfor middle age and youth people.
