摘 要:为探究差错管理氛围(EMC)对矿工习惯性违章行为(HVB)的影响机制,引入自我效能感作为中介变量,对223名矿工进行问卷调查,运用AMOS7.0软件,建立结构方程模型(SEM),探讨差错掌握、差错预测、差错压力分别对矿工习惯性违章行为的作用机制。结果表明:差错掌握与差错预测对矿工自我效能感均有显著正向影响;差错压力对矿工自我效能感有显著负向影响;自我效能感与习惯性违章行为之间呈显著负相关;自我效能感是差错管理氛围与矿工习惯性违章行为的中介变量。In order to explore the effect mechamism of error management climate(EMC) on miner's habitual violation behavior(HVB), take self-efficacy as a mediator variable, a structual equation modeling(SEM) was built. A questionnair survey was completed by 223 coal miners. The mechanism of error mastery, error anticipation and error strain on miner 's HVB was established based on AMOS7.0. The result shows that error mastery, error anticipation was significantly positive interrelated with self-efficacy; error strain was significantly negetive interrelated with self-efficacy; self-efficacy was significantly negetive interrelated with miner's HVB; self-efficacy is a mediator variable between error management climate and habitual violation behavior of miners.
