摘 要:目的:探讨胎儿硬脑膜窦畸形的MRI表现。方法:2014年6月至2016年12月,收集3例经产前超声、胎儿MRI诊断为硬脑膜窦畸形的胎儿病例,分析其MRI影像特点。结果:3例胎儿产前超声检查均提示颅内异常回声区,胎儿颅脑结构发育异常。胎儿MRI检查发现,胎儿颅内窦汇区可见类圆形异常信号,表现为T1低信号,T2等或低信号影,其正常血管流空信号消失,伴有血栓形成时,病灶内可见混杂信号肿块影,呈T1高信号、T2低信号。结论:胎儿硬脑膜窦畸形的MRI影像特征典型,可据此作出明确诊断。Purpose: To study the prenatal features of dural sinus malformation (DSM) by MRI. Methods: Three pregnant women who were suspicious with fetal brain abnormalities by ultrasonography were examined by fetal MRI. The fetal MRI findings of DSM were studied. Results: Three fetuses examined by ultrasonography showed intracranial abnormal echo area and brain abnormalities. Fetal MRI showed an intracranial abnormal triangular area at the torcular, which was shown as long T1 and long T2 signal and without normal flow signal. When combined with thrombosis, a complex-signal mass could be seen on the lesion area, which appeared as a hyper-intensity signal on T1-weighted images and a hypo-intensity signal on T2-weighted images. Conclusions: DSM has typical fetal MRI features and can be diagnosed by fetal MRI correctly.
