摘 要:引入CFD(计算流体动力学)技术对相同体积流量下,水、水性胶A(黏度为20 Pa·s)、水性胶B(黏度为40 Pa·s)三种非牛顿流体通过固定结构通道时,分析黏度与压降的关系。研究结果表明:水的流速会比水性胶A和B低;虽然水性胶A的黏度是B的一半,但两者的流速相差甚微;水性胶A的黏度是B的一半,A的相对压力及动力黏度约是B的一半。根据分析所得的黏度与流速等参数的关系,可以对均质机、高速混合机的设计提供重要参考。CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) technology was introduced to analyze the relationship between viscosity and pressure drop when three kinds of non-Newtonian fluids:water,water based adhesive A(viscosity was 20 Pa·s)and water based adhesive B(viscosity was 40 Pa·s)through fixed structural channels under the same flow volume. The research results showed that the flow velocity of water was lower than that of water based adhesive A and B. Although the viscosity of water based adhesive A was half of B,the flow velocity of them were slightly different. The viscosity of water based adhesive A was half of B,however the relative pressure and dynamic viscosity of A were about half of B. According to the relationship between viscosity and flow velocity,it can provide important reference for the design of homogenizer and high-speed mixer.
