摘  要:综合评价录取作为扩大高校招生自主权的一种招生录取方式,不同于以面向具有学科特长和创新潜质学生的自主招生选拔范围,综合评价录取是面向生源省市所有参加高考的考生,范围更广。作为兼顾高考统考和自主招生之间一种选拔方式,综合评价录取使得招生改革从原来的"一考定终身"到"高考成绩+面试成绩+学业水平测试成绩",实现了"让高考回归评价"。本文研究的重点是积极探索综合评价主体多元化、综合评价程序合理化,综合评价内容综合化。从而达到推进素质教育为目标,以科学选拔人才、促进学生发展为重要职能,促进考生、中学和高校三者之间和谐发展。comprehensive evaluation and admission is a kind of enrollment method to expand the autonomy of college admissions. It is different from the range of independent enrollment and selection for students with special discipline and innovation potential. Comprehensive evaluation and admission is a wide range of candidates for college entrance examination.As a selection method for both the college entrance examination and the independent enrollment, the comprehensive evaluation and admission made the enrollment reform from the original "one test to the whole life" to "the achievement of the college entrance examination, the performance of the interview and the test results of the academic level", which realized "the return evaluation of the college entrance examination".The focus of this paper is to actively explore the diversification of the main body of comprehensive evaluation, the rationalization of the comprehensive evaluation procedure, and the comprehensive evaluation content. Thus the goal of promoting quality education is to promote the scientific selection of talents and promote the development of students as an important function, and to promote the harmonious development of the three candidates, middle schools and colleges and universities.
