摘　　要：主要介绍了国内外直条米粉松丝技术及其自动松丝设备的发展历程及研究进展,比较分析了各种直条米粉自动松丝设备的构造、工作原理、特点及存在的问题,并展望了直条米粉自动松丝机的研究发展方向,为直条米粉自动松丝装备的开发提供参考。This paper mainly introduced the rice noodles scattered technology, and focused on the development process and research progress of rice noodles automatic scattered mechanical in China and abroad. To contrast and analysis the construction, working principle, characteristics and existing problems of all sorts of rice noodles automatic scattered mechanical, and proposed the application prospect. This paper provided a reference for rice noodles automatic scattered equipment.
