摘  要:分析比较了亚临界丁烷/二甲醚萃取法、超临界CO2萃取法和乙醇浸提法所得到的小茴香籽提取物,利用气相色谱-质谱法对不同方法得到的净油进行了化学成分分析。经研究发现,小茴香籽所含挥发油占总提取物的3%~6%,其中含量最高的2种化合物是草蒿脑和反式茴香脑,都属于醚类。亚临界萃取对弱极性物质有较好的提取效果,所得净油中有机酸含量较高;超临界CO2萃取法对极性混合物提取效果较好,得到的净油种类最多;有机溶剂萃取对极性物质提取效果较好。通过比较不同萃取方法所得小茴香籽净油的成分,以期为以后有针对性的提取小茴香籽的特定成分、进一步对其开发利用提供数据支持。The present study analyzed and compared the pure oil from fennel seeds obtained by methods of subcritical, supercritical CO2 and ethanol extraction, and the chemical constituents of the extracts obtained by different methods were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). It was found that the volatile oil in fennel seeds accounted for about 3% to 6% of the extract, of which the highest content of two compounds are estragole and trans-anethole, both of them belong to ether, Subcritical extraction has a good effect on the extraction of weak polar substances, and the content of organic acids in the extract is high, The supercritical CO2 extraction has good effect on the extraction of polar mixture, and the species of the extract obtained is the most. Organic solvent extraction of polar substances is better. By comparing the composition of the fennel seeds oil extracted by different extraction methods, the study hopes to provide specific data for the extraction of fennel seeds afterwards and Provide further data support for the development and utilization.
