妊娠合并子宫肌瘤病理过程中血清胰岛素样生长因子1受体的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析讨论血清胰岛素样生长因子1受体表达水平在妊娠合并子宫肌瘤病理过程中的临床价值。方法研究选取本院分娩的妊娠产妇150例纳入研究,根据产妇是否合并子宫肌瘤分为观察组和对照组,各包含75例受试对象,通过比较两组受试对象的血清胰岛素样生长因子1受体表达水平分析其在妊娠合并子宫肌瘤病理过程中的临床价值。数据应用SPSS19.0统计软件进行分析。结果并发子宫肌瘤的妊娠女性IGF-1表达高于健康妊娠女性,且IGF-1水平增高比例也显示观察组显著高于对照组,差别均有统计学意义,P<0.05;IGF-1R表达水平以及水平增高者所占比例的比较同样可见类似趋势,且P<0.05;进一步对观察组内肌瘤直径小于5cm者以及大于等于5cm者进行比较,提示肌瘤直径较小的受试对象IGF-1以及IGF-1R表达水平较低,且IGF-1水平增高的比例也较少。差别均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论并发子宫肌瘤的妊娠女性会出现显著的IGF-1以及IGF-1R表达水平增加,且并发子宫肌瘤者中肌瘤直径大的妊娠女性IGF-1以及IGF-1R表达水平高于肌瘤直径较小者。Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical value of serum insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor （IGF-1R） expression in the pathological process of uterine fibroids in pregnancy. Methods 150 cases of pregnant women who delivered in our hospital were enrolled in the study. According to whether cases were with uterine fibroids complicated with uterine fibroids were divided into observation group and control group, with each of them contained 75 subjects. 1GF-1R expression level in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids during pregnancy and its clinical value was compared. Data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 statistical package. Results The expression of IGF-1 in pregnant women with uterine fibroids was higher than that in healthy pregnant women, and the proportion of IGF- 1 was also higher in the observation group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of IGF- 1R and the level of the proportion of those who share the same trend were similar, and P 〈 0.05 ; Further observation of the group of fibroids less than 5cm in diameter and greater than or equal to 5cm were compared, suggesting that fibroids smaller diameter subjects IGF-1 and IGF-1R expression was lower, and IGF-1 level also increased. The difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Pregnant women with uterine fibroids may have significant loss of IGF- 1 and IGF- 1R expression, and the expression levels of IGF- 1 and IGF- 1R in pregnant women with large fibroid tumor complicated by uterine fibroids are lower than those of fibroids with the smaller diameter.
