摘  要:目前,相似材料模拟实验中,模型裂隙的检测与定位的效率低且精度较差。针对这个问题,提出一种基于视觉测量的相似材料模型裂隙检测定位方法。首先,对图像进行预处理并根据图像噪声特点,提出一种多级连通域滤波方法滤除图像噪声;然后,基于标志点的外观和几何特点,设计一种有效的标志点中心定位和编码点识别方法提取编码点中心坐标;最后,利用严格的畸变校正模型进行像点畸变校正,并以编码点作为控制点,通过直接线性变换得到模型裂隙的实际精确位置。实验结果表明,该方法可以实现对相似材料模型裂隙高效、准确地检测与定位,X,Y方向上,裂隙最高点定位中误差不超过0.920mm,裂隙提取定位结果可以用于矿山开采中岩层破坏及"三带"发育规律等方面的研究。Recently,model fractures detection and location was low efficiency and precision worse during similar mater simulation experiment. To the problem,new method of fractures detection and location method of similar material model based on optical measurement was put forward. First,image was preprocessed and according pattern noise characters,and a multiple level connected domain smoothing was put forward,and pattern noise could be filtered,and then,based on surface and geometry characters,an effectively mark point central location and coding identifiable method was designed,so coding center point coordinate could be extracted,at last,image points was distortion corrected by strictly distortion correction model,and took coding point as control point,practical precision position of model fracture could be obtained according directing linear transformation. The experiments results showed that model fractures could be detected and located effectively,the highest point location error of fracture was not exceed 0. 920 mm along direction of X,Y,the results could be used to studying of stratum broken and ‘three bands' development for coal mining.
