《国家学生体质健康标准》测试:大学生的现状、难为与应为

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查及访谈等研究方法,以广州工商学院为个案,对大学生参与《国家学生体质健康标准》(文中简称《标准》)的现状、影响因素进行研究。认为:尽管大学生对《标准》的认知程度较高,但其参与《标准》测试的态度及成绩尚不尽人意;影响学生参与《标准》的因素复杂。提出:促进大学生应正视健康的含义,明确《标准》的意义,积极地营造良好的健身氛围等,以进一步提高大学生群体的体质健康水平。With the method of literature,questionnaire and interview,this paper discusses college students＇ participation status and influential factors in＂National Students Constitutional Health Criterion＂（ ＂Criterion＂for short） taking Guangzhou College of Technology and Business as an example. The result shows that the college students have a higher cognition to＂Criterion＂,but their attitudes and results for the test is not satisfactory,and the factors of influencing college students ＇ participation in the test of ＂Criterion ＂ are complex. The paper concludes that college students should understand the real meaning of health; be clear of the ＂Criterion ＂meaning,create a positive fitness environment,so as to further improve college students＇ physical health.
