摘  要:通常的案例教学是以案例配合阐明理论,学生参与互动程度较弱。辩论式案例教学法通过教师讲授、学生自主案例分析、学生互相辩论三个环节,促使学生积极参与,理论和实践结合、学用结合,提高学习效果以及学生的思维和表达能力。在教学保障方面还应该在教材建设上做到一套教材一套案例,在教学方式上讲授和督导并用,且将辩论表现与考核和考试成绩挂钩,促使学生自觉开展辩论式案例教学。The usual case teaching is to illustrate the theory according to the case,with the students' weak participation.The debate case teaching goes through three steps:teachers' teaching,students' case analysis and students' debates with each other.These steps can promote students' active participation,combine theory with practice,combine learning with applying,improve learning effect and students' ability of thinking and expressing.In the aspect of teaching guarantee,teachers should do a set of cases on teaching material construction,teach and supervise the use of instruction,and link the performance of the debate with the examination and test result,and urge the students to carry out the debate case teaching consciously.
