摘  要:通过用正己烷提取,GC/MS选择离子扫描模式(SIM)进行检测,建立酱油、醋中16种塑化剂含量的GC-MS检测方法。16种塑化剂在50~2 000μg/kg范围内,均呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R在0.995 6~0.999 5之间。0.05 mg/kg、0.10 mg/kg、0.20 mg/kg的3个浓度溶液回收率在90.8%~103.5%之间,相对标准偏差在3.2%~8.6%之间。所建立的方法操作简单、精密度高、快速,适合酱油、醋中塑化剂的检测。the paper reports a GC-MS method for determination of 16 kinds of PAEs platicizer in soy sauce and vinegar, the sample will be extracted with n-hexane and determined with SIM that was chosen in GC/MS. 16 kinds of PAEs plasticizer got a good linearity between 50 -2 000 μg/kg and the correlation was from 0. 995 6 to 0. 999 5. The mean recoveries were from 90.8% to 103.5% , with the different solution concentration of 0.05 mg/kg, 0.10 mg/kg and 0.20 mg/kg, and the RSDs were from 3.2% to 8.6%. The method was so simple, rapid and with satisfactory recoveries that it could be used in the determination of plasticizer in soy sauce and vinegar.
