摘 要:指出了川庆页岩气项目组威远区块钻井过程中,使用油基钻井液产生大量的含油钻屑,因其无法安全排放的问题,应自主研发出含油钻屑热解析处理装置。现场对Y1、Y2、Y3等4口井钻井过程中产生的固体废弃物进行了分析,各井钻屑含油量在20%左右。对含油钻屑进行了预处理-热解析分离-冷凝回收处理,现场共处理1000余t钻屑,取得了良好的效果,处理后钻屑含油量最低为0.14%,满足相关标准,回收液可循环利用,解决了含油钻屑无法排放的问题。During the drilling process of the Weiyuan block of the Chuanqing shale gas project group, oil--based drilling fluid was used to generate large amounts of oil--containing cuttings, which could not be safely discharged. The thermal analysis processing device for oil--containing cuttings was independently developed. The on--site analysis of the solid wastes generated during the drilling of Y1, Y2, Y3 and other four wells showed that the drilling oil content of each well was about 20;. Oil cuttings were pretreated -- thermal analysis separation -- condensate recovery treatment. More than 1000 tons of cuttings were processed on site and good results were obtained, the lowest cuttings oil content after treatment was 0.14%, which met the relevant standards. The recovery of liquid can be recycled, which solves the problem that oil cuttings cannot be discharged.
