摘　　要：目的 :针对高级别生物安全实验室、传染病病房等生物安全设施围护结构管线穿墙密封的需要,研制一种用于污染废水排放的生物安全型密封地漏。方法:该密封地漏主要由上下贯通的筒状地漏主体(外筒及防臭结构)、移动式上盖滤芯结构以及传动控制机构组成。上盖下部设置的水封罩与地漏主体共同形成水封层,形成地漏主体内部密封;地漏主体与围护结构之间采用混凝土预埋锁紧方式或不锈钢钢板焊接方式连接,形成地漏与围护结构之间的密封。结果:该地漏气密性符合GB 19489—2008《实验室生物安全通用要求》的要求,能够实现快速排水,防臭效果达到100%,且能有效避免异物堵塞地漏芯内部。结论:该地漏具有密封性好、防臭、防漏、防干及检修方便的特点,适用于高级别生物安全实验室、传染病病房等生物安全设施。Objective To develop a sealing floor drain for the through-wall pipeline in the biosafety facilities such as highlevel biosafety laboratories and infectious disease wards. Methods The sealing floor drain was composed of a tubular floor drain subject running from top to bottom, one cover board above the subject, one water-seal cover, one air cylinder and oneway sealing components. The water-seal cover under the cover board and the floor drain subject made one watery sealing layer together,and internal sealing was formed in the floor drain subject; the floor drain subject was connected with building envelope by concrete preburied locking method or welding method of stainless steel plate, and sealing was formed between the floor drain and building envelope. Results The floor drain had its airtightness meet the requirements of GB 19489—2008 Laboratories ― General requirements for biosafety, which realized rapid drainage and deodorization and prevented internal blockade effectively. Conclusion The floor drain behaves well in tightness, deodorization, leakage prevention, easy maintenance and etc so that it is applicable to high-level biosafety laboratories and infectious disease wards.
