摘  要:地处云贵高原西段的云南省在清代至民国年间,除了北回归线以南的滇南地区外,其余地方均种植豆类作物,尤其是滇中和滇西地区,是为豆类的主要产地,构成当地的大宗农产品之一,远销外省乃至东南亚诸国。究其原因,除了作为粮食和蔬菜作物的重要补充以及供给牲畜饲料外,与政府的积极鼓励、通商口岸促成的经济刺激,以及各族居民在豆类种植过程中所形成的本土知识密切相关。故深入其探讨,对丰富农业经济史和农业科技史的研究具有积极意义。Yunnan Province, located in the western part of Yunnan - Guizhou Plateau, planted leg-umes from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, except in south Yunnan, especially in central Yunnan and Western Yunnan. It was one of the main producing areas of legumes, constituting one of the local agricultural products and exported to other provinces and even southeast Asian countries. Be-sides being an important supplement to food and vegetable crops and feeding livestock, it is closely re-lated to the government9 s active encouragement, the economic stimulus brought about by the trade ports, and the local knowledge formed by the residents of all ethnic groups in the process of legume cultivation. Therefore, it is of positive significance to enrich the history of agricultural economy and the history of agricultural science and technology.
