摘　　要：胃癌并肺癌性淋巴管炎(pulmonary lymphangitis carcinomatosa,PLC)的首发症状及体征表现为心衰的病例极为少见,本文就1例以心衰症状就诊的胃癌并PLC患者的诊治过程进行临床分析,供临床医师参考,以提高该病的诊断率及降低死亡率。It is rare that patients with heart failure as the initial symptom and sign of the disease called gastric cancer with puhnonary lymphangitis eareinomatosa （PLC） . In this paper, one case patient as the hereinbefore was reported to improve the diagnostic rate and reduce mortality.
