摘　　要：十二指肠球部间质瘤位置较特殊,临床少见,诊断和治疗较困难。本文对1例十二指肠球部间质瘤的诊治进行报道,探讨手术切除范围和术前留置鼻胆管的作用。The location of duodenal bulb stromal tumor is rather special, and the disease is less clinical, more difficult to diagnose and treat. The diagnosis and treatment of one case of duodenal bulb stromal tumor were reported in this paper, and the scope of surgical resection and the function of preoperative nasal bile duct were discussed.
