摘　　要：大学生的行为安全管理是高校人才培养工作的重要内容,行为安全管理的重点是不安全行为的预防。论文分析了大学生不安全行为产生的主要影响因素及各因素之间的关系,设计调查问卷在区域高校进行了调研,并建立了大学生不安全行为防控系统模型。通过对大学生不安全行为防控的变化趋势进行仿真分析,探寻大学生不安全行为防控的关键影响因子及关键路径,为指导大学生不安全行为防控工作提供了理论借鉴和对策建议。As a key part of the talent training in colleges and universities,the management of students＇ behavior safety focuses on the prevention of unsafe behavior. This paper analyzes the relationship between the main factors resulting in unsafe behavior and other various factors,designs questionnaires aiming at colleges and universities as well as sets up a prevention and control system model of unsafe behavior. Through simulation and analysis of the trend of unsafe behavior and seeking for the key influencing factors and critical solution of prevention and control of the unsafe behavior,this paper provides theoretical experience and suggestions on prevention and control of the unsafe behavior among colleges and universities.
