上田法治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察上田法治疗小儿脑瘫的临床效果。方法:选择脑瘫患儿73例作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为对照组35例和研究组38例。对照组给予传统神经发育疗法治疗,包括Bobath法和Vojta诱导疗法;研究组在对照组的基础上给予上田法。比较两组治疗前后的GMFM-66评分和肌张力(Hotel评价表)水平。结果:治疗后,研究组GMFM-66量表评分为(48.86±6.73)分,明显高于对照组的(45.38±6.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组肌张力正常率为65.79%,显著高于对照组的48.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在传统神经发育疗法治疗基础上,采用上田法治疗小儿脑瘫的临床效果优于单纯传统神经发育疗法,能够促进脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能的发育,改善患儿肌张力,效果显著。Objective： To observe clinical effects of Ueda method in treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Methods： A total of 73 children with cerebral palsy were selected. According to the random number table method,they were divided into research group（n = 38） and control group（n = 35）. The control group was treated with conventional neurodevelopmental therapy,including Bobath and Vojta induction therapy,while the research group was given the Ueda method on the basis of those of the control group. The GMFM-66 score and muscular tension（Hotel evaluation form） levels before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： After the treatment,the GMFM-66 score of the research group was（48.86± 6. 73）,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（45.38±6.21）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The muscular tension normal rate of the research group was 65.79%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（48.57%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： On the basis of traditional neurodevelopmental therapy,the Ueda method in the treatment of the children with cerebral palsy is more effective than single traditional neurodevelopmental therapy. Moreover,it can promote the development of gross motor function and improve the muscular tension obviously.
