摘　　要：目的:探讨视频脑电图在儿童颞叶结构性损伤合并颞叶癫痫患儿中的影像学特征。方法:回顾性分析颞叶结构性损伤合并颞叶癫痫患儿29例的临床资料,患儿均行VEEG检查。分析患儿VEEG影像学特征。结果:颞叶结构性损伤合并颞叶癫痫的患儿的VEEG临床特点主要为局部痫样放电及非特异性慢波,发作时呈现出多种表现形式,且发作过程通常较为复杂,存在先兆表现的患儿较少。结论:视频脑电图在儿童颞叶结构性损伤合并颞叶癫痫患儿中具有局部痫样放电、非特异性慢波、发作过程复杂的多种影像学特征。Objective： To explore imaging features of video EEG（VEEG） in children with temporal lobe structural injury combined with temporal lobe epilepsy. Methods： The clinical data of 29 children with temporal lobe structural injury combined with temporal lobe epilepsy were retrospectively analyzed. All children were examined by VEEG. The imaging features of VEEG in these children were analyzed. Results： The clinical features of VEEG in the children with temporal lobe structural injury combined with temporal lobe epilepsy were mainly local epileptiform discharge and non-specific slow wave. There were many manifestations in the onset,and the attack process was usually complicated. Further,there were a few children with predictive signs. Conclusions： The imaging features of VEEG in the children with temporal lobe structural injury combined with temporal lobe epilepsy include local epileptiform discharge,non-specific slow wave and complicatedattack process.
