摘　　要：高校院(系)党组织政治核心作用可概括为三个方面内涵:保障监督、参与决策、强化党建。充分发挥院(系)党组织政治核心作用,是办好新时代中国特色社会主义大学的根本保证。创新高校院(系)党组织政治核心作用发挥机制有三点:坚持政治引领机制,完善党政联席会议运行机制,强化院(系)党建工作机制。The political core role of college（department） Party organizations in universities can be summarized as three aspects：security supervision, participation in decision-making, and strengthening Party building. Fully playing the political core role of college（department） Party organizations is the fundamental guarantee of running universities of socialism with Chinese characteristics. There are three aspects in the mechanism innovation of college（department） Party organizations playing a political core role in universities： adhering to the political leading mechanism,perfecting the joint conference system between the Party and the government, and strengthening the college（department） Party building mechanism.
