摘　　要：随着各级政府对"大众创业,万众创新"政策的宣传,越来越多的大学生加入到创业大军中。目前高职经管类大学生的创业动力不强,如何激发这类学生的创业动力是研究的热点问题。文章以高职经管类大学生的创业动力为研究对象,在调查高职经管类专业学生创业现状的基础上,分析了影响这类学生创业动力的因素,并应用系统动力学的方法构建了高职经管类大学生的创业动力机制,在此基础上进一步提出提升这类学生创业动力的对策。With the promotion of the policy of ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂, more and more college students have joined the trend of entrepreneurship. However, at present,the entrepreneurial motivation of higher vocational economics and management college students is not strong, so how to stimulate the entrepreneurial motivation of such students is a hot issue.Based on the current situation of the entrepreneurial motivation of high vocational economics and management students, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the entrepreneurial motivation of such students, uses the method of system dynamics to construct an entrepreneurial dynamic mechanism of economics and management majors in higher vocational colleges, and further proposes the countermeasures to enhance the entrepreneurial motivation of such students on this basis.
