摘　　要：基于"5-MPS"结构下的高校班主任管理新模式探索研究,即基于"5-MPS"结构体系,促使班级管理格局凸显科学性、透明性和系统性,形成适合学生身心发展的班级氛围。基于"5-MPS"结构下的高校班主任管理新模式,以"MPS"(Microprocessor System)微处理系统为支撑,细化为5M、5P和5S三个模块,通过微处理系统促进高校班主任的发展,形成班主任相应的工作制度、健全的管理模式,进而拓宽和完整高校班主任管理新模式。We explore and research the new management model of college head teachers based on the ＂5-MPS＂ structure, namely the ＂5-MPS＂ structure system, in order to make the class management pattern scientific, transparent and systematic, and form a class atmosphere suitable for students＇ physical and psychological development. The new management model of college head teachers based on the ＂5-MPS＂ structure is supported by the ＂MPS＂（Microprocessor System） micro-processing system, which is refined into 5M, 5P and 5S modules, promotes the development of college head teachers through the micro-processing system, and forms a corresponding work system and a sound management model for head teachers, thus broadening and completing the new management mode of head teachers.
