摘　　要：卵巢癌缺乏早期诊断的手段,使其成为女性生殖系统最致命的恶性肿瘤。近年来的研究已表明,miRNA的异常表达与卵巢癌的演进有着密切联系。循环miRNA在血清中稳定存在,具有较好的组织特异性,成为卵巢癌无创诊断的一个新靶标。循环miRNA是液体活检研究领域的一个重要方向,尤其在外泌体的概念发展以后,丰富了对循环miRNA的认识和检测方式。现对循环miRNA在卵巢癌中的生物学和临床诊断意义进行综述,并讨论了循环miRNA从科研向临床应用的转化方向及限制因素,以期循环miRNA作为卵巢癌的新兴生物标志物能早日实现应用和推广。Owing to the deficiency of means for early diagnosis, ovarian cancer is the most lethal malignancy in gynecology. Recent studies have indicated that abnormal expression patterns in miRNA are closely related to the evolution of ovarian cancer. According to the stability in serum and specificity in tissue, circulating miRNA has provided a new target of noninvasive diagnosis for ovarian cancer.Circulating miRNA is a new trend in liquid biopsy. With the profound knowledge of exosome, the understanding and detection of circulating miRNA are constantly being enriched. The review summarized the biological value and clinical diagnostic significance of miRNA in ovarian cancer, and further discussed the directions and limitations of transformation from scientific research to clinical application. It is hoped that circulating miRNA as a new biomarker of ovarian cancer can be applied and popularized as soon as possible.
